This workshop, in person at the studio in Swanland, is an enjoyable and refreshing morning, working with some lovely balancing practices for energy, body and mind. We will be working with breathing, relaxations and visualisations, as well as some playful Asana exploring planes of movement. Organic snacks will be available during a mid morning break. This seasonal virtual workshop brings Mindful and warming Yoga into the comfort of your own home. There will be some wonderful Asana practices, breathing and relaxation, along with a few nice additions to surprise and delight. All you need is your Yoga mat, your usual props and a place to practice. We’ll be sharing the Yoga space on Zoom. Booking deadline is 10pm Wednesday 25th November. Yoga Workshop - Chill Out into Christmas

The third brand new edition of this themed workshop to refresh and prepare you for the coming winter season. I've included some wonderful practices; connect with a gently warming and calming Asana session followed by some other seasonal inspired yoga including lots of relaxation and breathing.
