Balancing on Planes - Yoga Workshop

This workshop, in person at the studio in Swanland, is an enjoyable and refreshing morning, working with some lovely balancing practices for energy, body and mind. We will be working with breathing, relaxations and visualisations, as well as some playful Asana exploring planes of movement. Organic snacks will be available during a mid morning break.
