MEET THE TRAINER

Hi,

I’m Steve, a forty something ex-professional turned personal trainer who loves to travel, read, move and laugh (lots!). In 2007 I decided I wanted to make a positive career change, one that could make a difference, and here I am as the movement Director at TWS Wellness in Swanland.

I have always liked to move, from BMX to Skateboarding, weight training to running, it’s a part of me. I like to give energy to get energy - you just have to get the balance right for yourself and do the things you enjoy.

I am an advanced Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Specialist, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach and Gray Institute Functional Golf Specialist. I coach people of all ages (current clients range from 33 to 73) towards better health, fitness and vitality to lead a better quality of life, simple. From aches and pains, previous injuries, lack of energy, flexibliity, strength or fitness, I can help you to move, feel and perform better than you ever thought possible.

I am a movement geek and know what makes the human body tick and how it works, using intelligent and experienced programming ensuring you are in safe hands. It's all about you, and attaining your specific wants and needs in a fun atmosphere having some laughs along the way, making it an enjoyable experience. I work from our Personal Training Swanland studio, and also travel to other locations in certain circumstances. I also offer outdoor training.
