YOGIC PERSONAL TRAINING

Yogic Personal Training is a mindful fusion of traditional and modern personal training techniques combined with the thread of yoga throughout. Ali creates you a personalised session that combines resistance training and yoga all in one. Sessions includes training with body weight, and equipment such as barbells, ViPR’s and TRX, in addition to personalised yoga postures, breathing and relaxation.

It’s a perfect hourly session for those who would like one or more of the following:

  • Improve and compliment your Yoga Asana practice through increased fitness and stamina

  • Improve your Yoga Asana strength with intelligently designed exercises that can relate to your yoga practice

  • Learn some authentic Hatha Yoga within a traditional personal training session

Sessions can also include elements of nutrition and lifestyle guidance, if appropriate.
