The practice of yoga is said to be over 4,000 years old and yoga can assist you in life whatever your goal, whether it is to become more flexible, to relax and revitalise, or take or add a natural approach to your overall wellbeing.

TWS yoga is suitable for everyone* regardless of age, gender, physical or mental condition.
