At TWS Wellness, Mindfulness is always a part of our philosophy - whether it’s related to movement, food or relaxation, we thread the concept throughout.

A six week introduction to Mindfulness course has been created by Ali and is suitable for individuals or couples. The course will teach you the basics so that you can embrace the wonderful benefits of the practice during the course and beyond.

Home practice is encouraged and the course provides full support.
