Steve's Energy Snacks!

Steve's Energy Snacks are awesome! - this recipe makes enough for about 6 large or smaller, depending on how big you make them!

You'll need: 1 heaped dessert spoon of desiccated coconut, 2 dessert spoons of ground almonds, a couple of handfuls of your choice of nuts, finely chopped, 1 level dessert spoon of flaked almonds, 3 heaped teaspoons of peanut butter (crunchy or smooth), four or five large dates, finely chopped (or equivalent in raisins or sultanas). A little water to bind.

How to: simply mix with all ingredients by hand and add the water very slowly until the mixture comes together. It shouldn't be too sticky or too dry. Refrigerate before eating.
