I use the Gray Institute functional golf system which has been designed to enable your game to simply become better. It is based on scientific principles and biomechanics of the body during the swing and is extremely useful for golfers who have swing limitations, in the backswing or follow through for example.
How many times has your golf coach tried to get you into a position, stance or ask for something from you that you are not physically capable of doing? That’s where I come in, I can help you to gain movement in problem areas, such as the ankles, hips and spine enabling you to perform closer to your ideal swing.
I can also help you to gain the strength and fitness necessary to be able to play a round with ease, walking the course with your friends or colleagues, not be the one who has to use a buggy. Even something as simple as crouching down to line up that putt can be challenging for certain individuals, I can help make this a thing of the past.
