TWS yoga is suitable for everyone* regardless of age, sex, physical or mental condition, and we do our best to try to ensure that your practice is as tailor made for the class energy as much as possible within the constraints of a class environment. The TWS style also encourages and empowers its students to practice outside of the class if they wish which many students cite as being invaluable in their lives.

For a 100% completely personalised approach try our yoga 1-2-1 sessions which can be taken at your own convenience in our wellness studio in Swanland.
