The third brand new edition of this themed
workshop to refresh and prepare you for the coming winter
season. I've included some wonderful practices; connect with
a gently warming and calming Asana session followed by some
other seasonal inspired yoga including lots of relaxation
Enjoy organic veggie snacks from TWS Kitchen
after the workshop - or treat yourself to a take away snack
Spaces strictly limited and must be purchased in advance.
£35 per person.
What to bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket, Warm Clothing, Sitting Items / Props if appropriate. Please advise Ali Wileman of any food allergies or requirements in advance.
Parking: on West End in Swanland, on the road outside the studio.
