A chance to learn for the first time, or deepen your knowledge of some of the foundations behind mindfulness & mindful yoga or simply to take time out to practice. This three hour workshop will include some enjoyable meditations, breathing practices, mindful movement and mindfulness activities to stimulate a centred outlook on life.

What to bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket, Warm Clothing, Sitting Items / Props if appropriate. Please advise Ali Wileman of any food allergies or requirements in advance.
Parking: on West End in Swanland, on the road outside the studio.
